Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Vanklass, operated by Odessos Systems Inc ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We want you to be satisfied with the Service. If you are not, this policy explains your options.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting [email protected].

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until then.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing period, except as described below.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

  • If you request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or a renewal charge, you are eligible for a full refund of that charge.
  • Refund requests made after 7 days of a charge are not eligible, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

  • If you request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • If you request a refund within 14 days of an annual renewal, you are eligible for a full refund of the renewal charge.
  • After 14 days, annual subscriptions are not eligible for a refund, but you may cancel to prevent future renewals.

3.3 Free Trial Conversions

If your free trial automatically converted to a paid subscription and you did not intend to continue, contact us within 7 days of the first charge for a full refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • The reason for your refund request

We will respond to refund requests within 5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
  • Refunds are processed in the currency of the original transaction.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny a refund request if we determine that the request is abusive or fraudulent, including but not limited to:

  • Repeated subscription and refund cycling
  • Excessive refund requests inconsistent with genuine use
  • Violation of our Terms of Service

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us first at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving billing disputes promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.

8. Changes to This Policy

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
